Indomie Secret Recipes Vol. 3! ✨✨

Indomie Carbonara! 💫

Yes, not spaghetti but Indomie. This one is the Indonesian Pantry Team’s favourite recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Indomie, preferably chicken curry favour. You can buy it from here.
  • 300 ml full-cream milk
  • 30 gr grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sausage (according to your taste)
  • 1 Egg (according to your taste)

 

How to cook:

  1. Heat the water until boiling. Then, remove the Indomie from the package and boil until half-cooked.
  2. Grate the cheese and set it aside in one container. Cut the sausage into small sizes as desired and fry first until cooked, then set aside.
  3. Heat the butter using a frying pan over a small fiery stove. After that, put in the flour and stir until the dough is mixed well. The fire can be turned off when we stir all the ingredients we cooked before.
  4. Pour the full-cream milk into the dough, put the egg in, and stir evenly. Heat over low heat and stir continuously until the dough thickens. After that, set in the shredded cheese and mix well.
  5. Put the previously boiled Indomie in a frying pan on a medium-heat stove. Add Indomie powder seasoning, black pepper powder, and sausage.
  6. Stir until evenly and fully cooked. Please turn off the stove and serve when it is cooked.
  7. Ready to serve.
