Indomie Chicken Flavour - Halal Instant Noodle
Indomie noodle is Indonesian ramen.
Indomie is enriched with vitamin A, B1, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, and iron and is manufactured from flour provided by Bogasari flour mills. The Indonesian Ulema Council has approved Indomie as halal, and SGS has certified it as ISO 9001:2001 and HACCP.
Indomie's "Mi Goreng" ("stir fry") instant noodles, based on the Indonesian cuisine Mie Goreng, hit the market in 1983 and are sold in North America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and many Asian locations.
The brand flavors come in various weight packets (about 85 g) with two sachets of flavorings. The liquid condiments are contained in the first sachet, which comprises three parts and contains sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and seasoning oil with fried onion flakes. The other sachet is divided into two halves, one for dry seasoning powder and the other for fried shallot flake.
