How long does it take to process an order?

After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow us to handle all orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed for shipping. When your order has shipped, you will be notified again. 😊

 

What about shipping?

We ship Indonesian Pantry products domestically in Poland

Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from the Indonesian Pantry Team in Warsaw, you’ll get faster than if you live in Gorzow Wielkopolski.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over PLN 30 within 10 kilometers from the Indonesian Pantry store. For orders under PLN 20, we charge PLN 5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10.00 – 12.00 CET on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Mlociny, where the in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is prepared, along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10.00 – 12.00 CET on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don’t hesitate to contact us at indonesianpantry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 😊
